Biggest Marketing Campaign in the World!!!

Before you look away by my boring and dreary subject title, please hear me out first. Marketing? Ano ba yan? Marketing is what we do to attract sales. Very broad?, basta ang bottomline, Marketing ang dumidiskarte kung panu papasok ang benta o income sa kumpanya? Get mo na? Enough of that Marketing 101. Pero alam nyo ba kung ano ang biggest Worldwide Marketing Campaign? Kelan ba nagkaka sale sa mga malls? Kelan ba maraming pera ang tao? Kelan ba napupuno ng ads ang tv, ang radio? ang print ads, na nang hihikayat na bumili at gumastos ka? Kelan? Syempre sa Pasko! Yes, Christmas is the Single Most Biggest Marketing Campaign in the world. Lahat ng marketing promos nangyayari sa pasko, lahat ng new items lumalabas sa pasko, lahat ng walang kwentang palumuti lumalabas sa pasko, lahat ng tiangge nagbubukas sa pasko, mga groceries nagpupunuan sa pasko, masaya lahat sa pasko, lahat may spirit of spending, ikaw? Diba sa tuwing pasko ka lang napipilitang bumili ng regalo sa ibang taong hnde mo naman ganun ka-close? Exchange gifts sa companya, Christmas party, Christmas outings, lahat yan mandatory na mapapagastos ka sa tuwing pasko. Pilit nalang nilang nirerelate religiously ang pasko, heck, pati sa simbahan puro business e, bibingkahan sa simbang gabi, kandila, meryendahan, have you heard of prayers for hire? Yes, maski mga taong magdadasal pede ng upahan kung tinatamad kang magdasal o sadyang busy. Sa tuwing pasko rin naimbento lahat ng Christmas symbol na tiyak na mahihikayat kang bumili, parol? Balls? Belen? Raindeers? Santa Clause? Anak ng kamote, pati meralco bills tumataas sa pasko e, dahil sa dami ng pa-ilaw mo sa bahay, syempre hinde papatalbog sa neighbors diba? Pero ok lang lahat yan, ok lang lahat ng extra expenses, pasko naman e! Talaga lang ah?, Goodluck sa January. pero ang talagang bottomline, Its ONE BIG MARKETING CAMPAIGN!... Sige na, mag Christmas shopping ka na… Merry spending este merry Christmas…

No! to Office Romance.

This BLOG entry is specially for the working class, Did you know that we actually spend more time at the office than any place else?. So is it really possible to find a potential mate or romance in the office? The answer is evidently “YES!”, I’m not speaking by experience, just from my observations. How awkward can it be to romantically be in love with your colleague, I weigh them up and there is more cons than pros. That’s why I created a list of how to avoid falling for your peers or if you already has, well at least how to take away your emotions to further fall deeply into trouble.

Things to do, to cut potential office romance: ( If you’re a guy)
• Ignore her and start giving her same or less attention as to others.
• Deliberately put no attention to what’s her doing or saying.
• Pretend to be busy with work if she invites you to join her for a break.
• Show her that you pay more attention to other girls in the office.
• Try to make argument with her from time to time. Be a little jerk,
• Be boring as hell with text replies.
• If you have to look at her, make sure she won’t catch you staring.
• Avoid, avoid, avoid, coffee breaks and lunch out alone with her.
• Try to be as formal as possible.
• Never initiate conversations in any means, MMS, YM, Emails etc… unless work related.
• Always think of her ex or crush.
• Start flirting around with others.
• Be involve with some activity, avoid staying in the same place with her after office hours.
• Think of the things you don’t like about her, there must be some?
If all these fail and you still can’t take her out of you mind, then you’re in deep shit!!!

• Be a bitch!
